Once you have submitted your PR application after that it doesnt matter when is your nomination expiry. Nomination is only until submission of PR application. Now the waiting period starts. I will surely share any information I get further. Do share if you get anything. Good luck.

I dont think that would be a problem. Once you accept nomination then you would get ITA in an immediate draw which would not be more than 1month timeline. After which you will get 3months to submit your PR application. Nomination expiry is usually 6months.

My PR is still under process and once getting the PR I will move to NS. Still in that case can they cancel the nomination?

Masters and Bachelors both are from India. So in that case is the evaluation needed for both degrees?

Nova Scotia has different streams for nominations. Having job offer is one of those streams, so you can apply for other streams which doesnt need job offer.

Its completely based upon the ITA. If it says you are invited under CEC category than funds are not required. If it says anything else like PNP or FSW then proof of funds is required. Having met any category and getting those points is a different thing but if you are not invited under CEC than...

Hi, Does anyone know if we show Proof of Funds in a combination of Canadian and Indian bank account, so do we need the bank stamp on both the statements? I am in India right now and can't get the Canadian bank statement stamped.

You mean bridging open work permit or specific to NS? I dont think we can apply the latter as you would need to fulfil the requirements of an open work permit irrespective of province.
