    new man, You can visit Canada anytime, visiting visa and immigration visa are two different things as far as Canadian PR is concerned. The former you can get in Nigeria and the latter only in Accra, Ghana. Why not you can collect your visiting visa anytime. Best wishes Adex

    Tito, Whichever way you look at it you are entitled to your own opinion, frustration is out of the question. I see no sense in waiting for 10 years to emigrate, to me it is crazy and that is it.
