You can send to any VO in the world. Nigerians that get PR from other visa offices send their passport to Accra. So it's possible

Hi @legalfalcon please what does it mean when your profile goes back to "we're reviewing the additional documents submitted". It has passed this stage since last year. And our eligibility is passed also. We just redid our medicals last month and we're waiting for PPR when we saw this yesterday...

Just call IOM or Qlife and book for upfront medicals. Just like you did when you got ITA.
