You won’t be asked when and for how long you took time off. If you work as a full-time permanent employee, then 1 year is 1 year, no matter how many days of vacation you took. The form only asks for your exact employment dates.

You don/t need to wait for a call if you have the CoPR letter in the portal. Not everyone will receive a call, I didn't either.
