Unfortunately, if you didn't submit an interest to sponsor form back in 2020, then there is no way to enter the pool. IRCC is probably going to go through the current pool before opening new round of interest to sponsor forms. This could take up 3-5 years.

You have till the validity of the single entry visa stamp. I am assuming CoPR is valid longer than the visa stamp expiry so that shouldnt be a problem.

If you have work permit/study permit, you can still apply for a SIN unless your permit has expired (in which case you can contact Service Canada to figure out your options).

Sin should take 5-10 business days. For health card it’s about 4-6 weeks but after you apply one, you get a temporary health card which is a piece of paper but it’s just as good. Your coverage starts when you apply.

It used to by around 5-7 days after submitting photo/address but lately its longer than that. For me, it took 23 days to get ecopr.

its normal as it is some sort of a website bug. The photo should show up if you refresh the page or navigate away and come back on that page.

Sorry but i have no idea about your query. I would say try calling IRCC and emailing IRCC if they provided any email address in PPR.

Thank you. I think Etobicoke is now clearing the backlog. So expect eCoPRs now. I hope everyone waiting will get their's pretty soon.

Did they say if it impacted only Montreal VO or every office like Etobicoke etc?
