I got my eCoPR on November 26, 2020. Still waiting for my PR card... No idea what to do. I called IRCC a few times so far, the agents are mostly telling me that IRCC has not committed to a timeline to deliver PR cards. So we can't do anything for you.

For me it ended up working when I used google chrome. After that CIC updated their website and now it works on Firefox also.

Yes I see my application as approved on the express entry portal.

Same situation, submitted my photo and address on November 24th. Got address approved and eCoPR on November 26th. Still waiting for picture approval.

When I first asked IRCC agents in the summer, the answer was that my case was being processed in Ottawa. But the emails I got for the new portal were from the Etobicoke branch.

No my BIL date was April 6. But Service Canada was closed, so I was waiting to submit my biometrics when they open. I heard that this depends on when an officer opens your profile, they will update it manually.
