I got it as a pdf from Etobicoke landings the day after I sent my landing information I never download it from portal

Uploaded my address and photo in the portal since 3 weeks, still in review both address and photo, however I already have my CoPR not the eCoPR. Any suggestions. Can I do something to reach out to Etobicoke office? Thanks in advance
