Go to Service Canada, get a permanent sin number and go look for another job. As per your CoPR letter you have already landed and your PR is activated.

There is a huge difference between express entry processing times and paper based. You can not compare the two. This Forum section is for paper based applications. You are creating unrealistic expectations for yourself and others.

For those of you who had to send your photo's for PR card via post, how long did you wait to receive your pr cards? We sent our pictures on December 10 and was under the impression it takes 2 weeks. Anyone have info?

I Got DM on Dec 2nd and CoPR Dec 8th. Outland applicant although all dependents are inland. Expecting PR cards first week of January. Timeline in Signature.

Not everyone gets the new credentials or link. We got CoPR and with the CoPR a request to send the letter and photos by mail to the Vancouver office. Dont know if this is because the application is outland although we are in Canada. Process might be different for inland and outland. Guess my...

Received our CoPR at 8:31pm tonight. Exactly 6 days after DM. Document is asking for photos to be send for PR card. 18 months and 14 days after application was sent. CIO was Pretoria south africa. Request for photos is from Vancouver.

Does anyone know if I can accept other employment after the CoPR letter is received or do I have to wait for PR card? If I am not mistaked the process is to update SIN number once CoPR is received and then i am good to go? Thanx

Had to do Biometrics. They opened online bookings on Monday for inland and was able to get n booking the same day. Logged in this morning and saw Decision Made 3 days later. Hoping to wake up to the CoPR email soon. Outland application, myself and 2 dependents are however in Canada.
