You are right. IRCC is prioritizing in reverse order of applications date. Most of the 2021 candidates are getting oath invite in 12 months, which is IRCC SLA. 2020 candidates are at moderate pace, with lower priority compared to 2021 candidates. 2019 batch is worst affected. I know one family...

I received citizenship certificate today. Oath ceremony happened on Feb 2nd. Wish everyone good luck!

I attended the oath ceremony today. Total duration was of 1 hour, 30 minutes each for registration of all participants and the actual oath ceremony.

Also, there is a mention in the oath invitation letter that you can request for change in address to receive the certificate when you will send the signed scanned copy of the oath affirmation after the oath ceremony.

My status tracker got updated today with oath ceremony scheduled for February 2nd.

Same with me as well. Status changed to Decision made in ECAS, but only 3 lines in the details, no updated after processing started. Probably, IRCC has stopped updating details in ECAS.

All the parameters, except Citizenship ceremony (status Not started), in the status tracker are Completed and Status changed to Decision made in ECAS as of Jan 10th. Someone please update the tracker.

It also depends on the immigration officer handling the case. Some officers act prompt, some are laggards. Probably your case has been assigned to a later category officer.

Congrats! Don't worry on the webcam issue. My webcam stopped once during my test. I had to re log in. The test resumed from the point of webcam issue. My test status was changed to 'Completed' couple of days ago, after 13 days from the test.
