    Yes the letter includes salary, the agent confirms this In the comment above. This makes the next comment of ‘letter confirms salary of N/A’ even more confusing. Thanks again for your experienced response to my GCMS issue, it is truly appreciated.

    It states my job title, duties, hours worked, dates worked, salary etc so feel that it does meet the requirements. For some reason though it seems to have not satisfied the case analyst?!
