Your case is similar to mine, so cheer up i hope we get OPR soon answering your question, yeah i and my father born in Kuwait and we lived here since then (except vacation visits to Lebanon..etc.)

for home country (Lebanon), mentioned that my younger sister is there and im responsible for her financial needs For Kuwait, attached a letter from my employer that I will return to the company once I finish study + my other family members are in Kuwait

if you mean the "correspondence" outgoing section, there are 4 outgoings outgoing 1 is the "other document" which is propably the AIP i received on 8/9/2020 outgoing 2 is the OPR but the status is "Not started" outgoing 3 is the Biometric request letter is "sent" outgoing 4 is the TR...
