Process bar just counts the days since AR and calculates a proportion over 21 months. It seems there is no relation with the steps completed.

No, you can only have the confirmation from the courier. The file number will be available when they start processing our application (AOR). Currently, it takes about 6 months from the date they receive our file.

I have a question. The validity of the nomination certificate is 6 months within the issue date. But currently, it takes 6 months to get the AOR from IRCC. What happens if they start processing our files after the nomination expires? Or if IRCC returns our file for completion of some documents...
