Ok thanks it means in april my decision was pendind as it is given in associations and entities notes.but in may 2020 officer review updated and it was RFV. So in a nutshell it means final decision was made in may 2020 which is RFV...

I am also having same reply from officer review: application appears RFV . .. May be its ready for visa.
