    Me and my husband are exempt from biometrics and it was updated sometime in September. Now the biometrics section shows completed Nov 5th 2020 and status of the application shows submitted. Is this how the biometrics exempt application page looks like ? or should it be biometrics approved/exempted ?

    I received a biometrics request letter yesterday but I am exempt from this because I already gave mine in October 2019 for work permit. I am not sure why I received the letter even after the new policy. Anyone here in the same situation as mine ?
