My background check was completed on 9th of march and when I check the status, it shows last updated April 23rd and nothing after that.

Called CIC to ask for update on my application. The agent told "it's still in process and the officer doesn't require any information". My backigroung check was completed March 9th When trying to check the status online, The last update was April 23rd
