The automated system does not provide updates related to criminality, eligibility, etc. In fact, this information doesn't even reflect in your online account. You've to speak to an agent to get these details.

They have. In some of the WhatsApp groups that I'm part of, people from Aug 11 and Aug 13th received their PPRs yesterday.

Going by the current trend, by the end of Feb/March

Many people from mid to late July got their PPRs yesterday, including two people with AOR Aug 04 and Aug 09.
