Hi all, I requested notes from CSIS last month, yesterday I received an CD from CSIS. It shows the status is completed, and the result was send to CBSA Dec 06,2019. But when I called IRCC today, the agent told me my SS is still in progress. I request CBSA notes, but didn't reveive it yet. BTW...
