Yeah what I'm asking is, am I to pay the courier charges to VFS as stated in their website or will I be exempted?

I'm talking about collection, not submission.

Do I need to pay anything. Assuming my biometrics was done in the same VAC through which I sent my passport.

Pls can someone explain what is the process for picking up submitted passport through courier? Just trying to get information in anticipation.

I found this on Page 1338 and chose to tag it with this comment. It seems to answer all our questions about Lagos office's acceptance of Passport Submission. It is well detailed. I hope it helpful to us and those awaiting their PPR hereafter.

Most PPRs I've seen here don't state which specific VAC passports should be sent to. That's why I'm asking.

Hello guys, I am just curious. My application was transfered to Accra Visa Office. If I receive my PPR, do I have to send my passport to Accra VFS or I can still simply send it to Lagos VFS?
