    yes we did. I believe that we applied at birth with all the paperwork for the child and then the CRA sent us a letter stating that we needed to prove implied status and then we replied by mail with printouts of the emails from IRCC.

    my wife got her COPR mid september and we just received the PR card today. This was an inland spousal sponsorship. It only took about 2 weeks to get the PR card from when we mailed the photos. I hope everyone else in the thread also has the same speedy processing.

    I had a browser problem with this too. I stuck with IE to make my life easier. Regarding linking, I was told the following by a CIC agent over the phone: Only the principal applicant can link the PR application. the sponsor cannot do it. The PR application can only be linked once.
