So...I received my electronic copy of the ECA report..I submitted my bachelor's degree but also my master's degree and both were equated as such. We are still waiting for my husbands ECA report..he has the same dates as I regarding the completion of the steps and after step 1 and 3 completed on...

Just Actually yes...just received minutes ago an e-mail that they completed work on my file and that I will get another e-mail from DocuSign where I can download my ECA report.

I submitted my application on January 28, my transcripts were received on January 29, step 2 completed on February 21, step 1 and 3 completed on October 1. So it seams that indeed they are back to work. Let's hope that it won't take another 8 months to dispatch the decision

My transcripts were received on January 29, 2020....since then only step 2: Transcript received is marked as complet...until may they responded to my emails but now nothing, total silence and is so frustrating!
