Only applicants who are getting COPR are from the CEC stream. Some early September applicants have gotten their COPRs as well. FSW files don't like they're being worked on.

It doesn't show eligibility passed in the online account until COPR stage. For some ppl even after COPR, eligibility shows 'in progress' so it's useless to refer that. Only way to know is to call IRCC or raise webform or order GCMS notes.

There is no definite number of days for Security. BGC happens in 2 stages 1) Criminality and 2) Security. The duration varies from case to case. Also If your application has been assigned for Security Screening, it can take up to 18 months for clearance.

What does your BGC say in your CIC account? Is it IP1 or IP2?
