    For me I am super worried to be stuck in IP1 this long as I have a ‘record’ in Germany.. silly incident that was rectified but it keeps me awake at night sometimes. I will have to call IRCC soon or order gcms notes as well

    Yeah don’t worry about it matching. Just make sure you have the right NOC for the two experiences. If you feel the need to, you can explain in the LOE why you left your field for an NGO but it’s not compulsory to in my opinion
