I submitted online, there's no hassle. But i read on other posts that paper applications are getting AORs sooner than online one's.(paper applicants of january got AORs whereas for online it's still mid december) I am still holding the ground though.

Yes they can enter Canada. just need to prove that they are immediate family members of PR or Citizen. Also they can give biometrics here.
