Has anyone received PR card in mail from a friend from Canada to US? is it ok to ship it from Canada to US? Did your friend mention regular document to fedex while shipping?

Hi quick Q. In arrivCan app it asks if you are exempt or not. I am not sure what to enter there. Exempt is for specific categories. I don’t think PR landing is under exempt. What did you enter for that ?

I understand hotel policy. I don’t blame them. All I am saying is in an Airbnb there won’t be anyone to enforce the rules. So u can ideally step out a bit for quick grocery shoooing and come back. In the hotel u can’t. That is what I wanted to know from the user above

But u can go down and all for few mins. Who would be there to enforce ? Police comes to check in but not always. In hotel they give you one time usage key only. Moment u go out can’t enter again. And they would enforce that.

Well many ppl here have done soft landing during pandemic. That’s what I meant. We know you can soft land other times but if you read posts many have done soft landing even going and quarantining first 14 days and then coming back.

Hi looking to soft land in a week via plane. Would have to quarantine myself for 14 days there. Wanted to check if I need to carry any proof of funds. I thought that was not mentioned in COPR to carry also can one land and come back after 14 days? Is it still going on? Did anyone do recently ?

Hi I am Not sure proof of funds are required at border. It doesn’t say that in COPR document that we need to bring proof of funds document.

Does any one know who has soft landed via plane and came back after 14 days recently? Are they allowing that now. I know many did earlier. Also do they ask for any financial document at the landing airport for copr stamping? Like proof of financials? I didn’t find it in COPR mentioned like that

how come ur COPR has 1 yr validity? I got approved in March of this yr and validity expires in Oct
