it say "in process" but my understanding is that each file will be first processed in Sydney office and then transferred to a local office. This is what the agent told me as well.

I called IRCC today, and the agent told me they're just waiting for one more result before transferring my file to the local office (Calgary in my case). He also told me the local office is the one responsible for sending out test invitations.

I am, application delivered on Apr 1, no news since then. I'm worried that they'd return my application

I applied in March and the application was received on April 1st. Still awaiting AOR. I saw some Feb applicants get their applications returned. I'm assuming I'll be in the same boat.

My application was delivered on April 1st. I haven't received AOR yet so I'm assuming they'd return my application in the next month or so. Can anyone advise if I need to fill out and sign all the forms again considering it's been more than 90 days since I originally signed them? Thanks

We must get your application within 90 days from the date you signed it. I found this on IRCC website. I think it indicates you need to fill out all the forms again?? I'm an April application who has yet to receive AOR..so very likely they'd return my application as well.
