Just got a call from IRCC, it was an Ontario number not a hidden number, they wanted to confirm I'm in Canada, asked my height and eye color since it was missed on the application and then said he was gonna send out the COPR. So I've been approved!

Yea that makes more sense. I'm guessing based on replies above from others that "decision made" refers to the SA stuff. I guess that means I just need to wait for my gckey to give me more updates.

Mine says in progress too but both me and my husband (sponsor) received our SAs on Sept 6th. I'm guessing their updating is a tad off.
