yes if they need it.

certificate of clearance which is police clearance. it is in the checklist however, the checklist is for paper applicants and the checklist also stated that they will request from us by giving us an instruction letter.

think you only need to submit to IRCC when they send you an instruction letter requesting for the COC... correct me if i’m wrong.

hello, may i know where do you go to apply GCMS notes? afaik, most took approximately 40 days to get the notes.
