It is not only your application. My application is similar to your situation! Unfortuanly, IRCC reviews files selectively and they only issue new AOR instead of focusing on existing applications. It is such a chaos in the department. I wish they could learn a bit from UK and Australia!

In my profile, it is written at the top of timeline chart that "If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this " But there is nothing to where to contract. My AOR was July 07 and 100 % is completed.
