She can provide the papers she has and provide a LOE along with it that the divorce is under process. Her status would be considered as separated not divorced.

She may have documents about filling petition for the divorce and guardianship. Whats her country of residence?

Yup the agent mentioned everything is passed on my file and its just awaiting for final approval

Dont worry it will happen soon. I was in the same boat but in a matter of one week it went from nothing being initiated to all passed. As per IRCC 2019 reports average processing time is 8-9months. Stay positive ☺️

Yes i did last Friday I received a ghost update.. called IRCC on Monday and they said file is still under process but all stages are cleared. I have a feeling I am either stuck in covid pace or in queue waiting for final decision as I had ADR request in Mid Sept.. Not sure what they are upto

Its Australia COR, what frustrates me more is that Melbourne has been in lockdown due to its second wave and my states queensland where we have Zero covid 19 plus a Feb AOR havent received anything yet.. I only cleared all my stages in Sept but i read the persons posts and even theirs all stages...

I received a ghost update too on the 11 sept.. Will be waiting for another two weeks, if no response will order notes.. seems like all feb applicants are in covid pace which absolutely makes no sense now.. I am just done with this pandemic..
