I don't understand what's up with some of these officers at IRCC, I don't think they understand the family unit, the officer wrote in my refusal notes that my teenage daughter is no longer dependent on us her parents????? What????

Just an update.... I had sent an email to Vancouver humbly requesting the refusal notes as gcms take a long time. I just received the notes so thanks @tony for recommending this option .... If anyone wants their refusal notes just send a friendly short email requesting the reason for...

Fret not. Richmond BC is the sorting facility and package will be delivered to IRCC soon. If your friend sent it to the old address ( Robson Street) it will be collected by the concierge service and will be sent to the new building. Your friend will get their AOR within the next four weeks.

Right. It doesn't matter if it's a deal breaker or not. Remember we do not know what the officer will use to grant the exemption. If the officer pointed it out in the refusal notes, make sure you address it with proof in your next application.

If we submitted an application before, will all other new submissions be treated as resubmissions? At what point will it be treated a new fresh application?

My thoughts exactly. That's why we want the notes to see, but don't want to wait a month to receive them. Have no choice now but to submit a third h& c.

Submitted 1st h&c December 2018 Refused September 2020 2nd h&c may 2021 In process July 2021 Refused August 2021 Best interest of 4 Canadian children. Establishment and hardships if we left.
