Is H1B stamping allowed in Canada to Non-PR ?
I am living in USA on H1B. Indian Citizen. Not holding Canada PR. Is Canada allowing H1B stamping to 3rd country nationals ? This would be my 3rd stamping on H1B. Past two i have done it in India. Wondering if anyone recently booked H1B stamping appointment in Canada? Thanks- avruser

2nd H1B stamping, after used AVR rule
Hi, I am on H1B visa in USA and planning to go to Canada/India for 2nd H1B visa stamping. Recently I went to Mexico via San Diego border and came back to US in 4-5 hours. That time my visa was already expired but had valid i94 so they allowed me to enter via AVR rule. Question is, does anyone...- avruser
