As I understand, the NOC 1122 has reached the cap on the 05th of November, I applied under the same code and the DHL tracking says that my application was delivered on the 28th of Oct. What will be my status, can I consider my application to have been received among the 1000? Please advise.

Hi there, I've filed my application for skilled worker immigration two days ago, all the documentations are ok other than the birth certificates. Both my wife and I don't have the birth certificates and I've filed with self affidativits stating the date of births. Will this be a problem...
