    Are newly graduated full-time international students required to give Biometrics outside Canada?

    I have graduated recently in Canada. Planning to apply for PGWP- post graduation work permit, I find the website asking to provide biometrics outside of Canada for initial Study or Work permit applications. Does that mean I have to go back to my country just to provide my biometrics? This is...
