Just checked the visitor visa processing times and it shows 28 days... few days back it was showing 58 days... not sure what changed. Applying from India for super visa... It says Last updated: May 14, 2024 Any thought is this for real?

Hello Guys, Please guide me how do i apply with upfront medicals? last time i applied without upfront and wasted lot of time. reason for refusal was i did not uploaded my birth certificate as proof of relationship instead used the old Indian passport which is not valid as I'm Citizen of Canada now.
