    CIC Visitor visa- cannot upload the PDF forms even though they are validated

    Hi friends, I am applying for my parents visitor visa but for some reason, I can't upload the filled out pdf forms IMM5257 even though it is validated, filled out corrected and is less than 700 kb. What is the reason? Is someone having the same issue as me? Please suggest the solution. Thanks

    Received an email asking to repay the landing fees again
