Hi All, Is August 7th's 2174 CC charged? Somebody on expatforum updated that his CC is charged and his file was received by CIC on 7th August 2014. I am copy pasting the URL and content below. Does it anyway raise hope for others? Or is it incorrect...

Hi All, I believe the cap on CIC website is updated within couple of weeks after they receive the applications. That is why they say "received till 06 Nov". Also in the Note they have said the website will be updated every week. However last time they updated only once for 4 weeks. That is still...
