    August 13 applicant for NOC 2173 - what are the chances that it falls in the CAP

    Just want to know from the community that what are the chances of me making it within the CAP as I have submitted the application quite late. Looks like 1112, 2174 and 2173 are super hot NOCs. Will it take 3 months to get to know whether you fall in the CAP or they will let know much earlier...
