Hi Everyone, We have received a letter to submit passport for stamping at VAC NY center. Letter only states about submission. There is no mention of biometrics. Do we need to take biometrics? VAC is asking to sign consent

I am planning to apply for QSW programme , at the same time I am also planning to apply for student visa permit in May. Does that impact on any of my application? Please advise Many thanks in advance
