SuperVisa Holder got an LMO. Anyone with tourist have the same situation.Phils
Dad got a job offer and his soon to be employer will process his LMO. Phoned the CIC if he can just go to the nearest boarder and get a Work Permit and they replied that he has to send his papers back home since he is from Philippines ( not a visa exempt )..Tried to call them but I just can't... -

Visit Visa offered LMO
Hi. I am on visit visa valid for 2 years. I got a job offer and they will process my LMO. Do i need to go back home to process my work permit. Or going to the nearest boarder will do???Please help..
