    WHY CAN'T CIC DO THIS?

    Just wondering to pass time. Why can't CIC ask us to put a bar code on the envelope which contains only the email address. So once CIC-M receives our application, it automatically scans that bar code and fires of an email? Then I don't have to wait 90 days just to know that they "actually"...
