    Applied for Supervisa for my parents but ended up they got visitor visa, any suggestions on this?

    Hi, Everyone. I applied for Super Visa for my parents but they got Visitor Visa without a medical exam, it likely means IRCC processed it as a standard visit. Any comments on how to get them switched to super visa? Thanks!
