Applied for a pr card renewal.
Called IRCC for an update and i was told they are working on files submitted on march 13
Called again 2 weeks later and i get the same answer working on files submitted on march 13.
Any way to get an update about the file ?

Submitted PR Card renewal application on April 30. I didn’t receive any confirmation or any application number.i thought you usually get a confirmation email after submission.
