    Using PR card along with OHIP card for ID documentations?

    Is it possible to use Permanent resident card along with OHIP health card? The instruction website says "A PR card may only be used as personal identification if your second piece of personal identification was issued by the Canadian government. " Not sure if this means I can't use it?

    Do you guys put front and back of each on one page, or use 1 page for front and 1 for back?
