hi, i applied to Seneca coolage and got an accotance with a conditional offer. however, when i applied to the Canadian permit, i got a refusal becuse of the prupose of the visit. it is noteworthy mentioning that i havent paid the semster fees. can this be relatable to the visa rejection?
