    Inland v Outland

    Hey, I'm trying to get my head around the fact that now processing times between inland (34 months) and outland (11 months) are spread by almost two years. Can you guys make of a logical reason for this? Are these actual processing times? What makes IRCC prioritize people outside Canada...
