    My friend got letter after submitted forms, the letter says. “ submit forms if you already submitted you application in queue.”

    If you say why? Because IRCC wants to record applications in their new updated version forms. If you ignored it more than 30 days, you will face consequences for delaying your application.

    , Yes, it’s correct. You can call every time including weekends. If you want to hear about your application portal updates, then automatic system will tell you. If you want to speak agent you have options for that. Monday to Friday to speak agent

    Nono, I always use that method, specifically if you select 5 for refugee travel document, it say "to serve you better we are transferring your call to an agent” and contact you agent after 20-30 minutes. On than method they told me about my Eligibility Criminal Medical Bil Security
