    It feels like our lives mean nothing to them. After 38 months, they ask why I keep calling and tell me to just wait until my application is reviewed. Why do I keep calling? Because everyone who applied around the same time as us is getting their passports this year, while we are still waiting.

    I apply on June and I got it end of July and I didn’t get anything like that and I think your application is under processing now because I got it twice none of them talking about Non routine or routine. They only said everything is completed except security.
