    Look for the Remove/Delete or trash-bin option beside the uploaded document. If there is no option to remove it, try refreshing the page, signing out and back in, or using a different browser.

    Usually cannot know exactly when the background/security check was initiated unless it appears in GCMS notes or the officer provides that information.
