Thanks @canuck78 for your feedback. I was confused about the Biometrics still saying, "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details." even though summary shows the Biometric file number and expiry date.- m_ikh

I received the same email. I sent those in the email. The residential address and email was in the email body and PCC and passport as attachment.
