    Why is that? OWP can also be applied with outland application now. I'd prefer outland because she can flight back to our country while necessary, while with inland app. she can't leave Canada. for too long.

    My plan is I'll apply right after they arrive Canada as visitors. When I receive AOR, I'll apply OWP for my wife right away. The kids are easier, I'll apply health care for them as soon as I have receipt for PR application fees. That's all they need. And then we stay in Canada
